In addition to a new name and a new logo, we’ve had the opportunity to work with several chefs to diversify our buffet. You can now enjoy new dishes made by recognized chefs such as Mariève Savaria, Dominique Dupuis, Stéphanie Audet and Bob Le Chef. But of course we’re also keeping a few traditional favourites like vegetarian lasagna, ginger tofu and lentil stew.
It is with pride that we continue the mission to offer a vegetarian buffet in the same spirit that was developed over the past 35 years, while adding new features and adopting a more accessible approach.
