This week, we introduce Mariève Savaria
Mariève Savaria has a degree in dietetics. She favours a raw food diet, which embraces the plant world, is accessible to all and easy to prepare. Well-being and happiness are the result. She blogs about raw cuisine to stimulate culinary creativity and inspiration from the plant world, using the most local and seasonal produce available. She shares nutritious and creative advice to modify and improve your eating habits and build a solid foundation to keep them up.
