New recipes

In addition to a new name and a new logo, we’ve had the opportunity to work with several chefs to diversify our buffet. You can now enjoy new dishes made ​​by recognized chefs such as Mariève Savaria, Dominique Dupuis, Stéphanie Audet and Bob Le Chef. But of course we’re also keeping a few traditional favourites like vegetarian lasagna, ginger tofu and lentil stew.

It is with pride that we continue the mission to offer a vegetarian buffet in the same spirit that was developed over the past 35 years, while adding new features and adopting a more accessible approach.
