To mark the change of identity at Végo we turned to four new chefs to renew some of our buffet offerings.

This week we introduce Dominique Dupuis

Dominique Dupuis is passionate about nutrition. She enjoys teaching others how to approach healthy food – so often overlooked yet easy to cook. Dominique has traveled extensively to discover new flavours and find ways to make healthy eating delicious. She teaches healthy cooking in Montreal at the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve Community Centre and at her own cooking school – l’Armoire du Haut.

Dominique’s recipes devised for the pleasure of Resto Végo’s customers:
